Waitlist data we collect

How we use waitlist data
- • Invite you to the beta and send product updates
- • Prioritize access waves based on operator role and team size
- • Improve onboarding and activation (aggregate only)
Product data boundaries (how the bot sees data)
In the product, TrueNorth can only answer from data that exists in your workspace and that your role is allowed to access. We design the system so the bot is grounded in facts — not guesswork.
- • Phase 1 (Truth Bot): structured facts you enter (people/teams, OKRs, workstreams, check-ins, decision log)
- • Later phases: optional integrations (e.g., Jira/Git) to read delivery signals (read-only first)
- • If a required data point is missing, the bot should say “unknown” and ask for the exact missing field
AI use & safety
We use AI to summarize, explain, and recommend actions. The bot is designed to be evidence-first:
- • Answers should cite the source module (OKRs, check-ins, etc.)
- • We avoid “confident guessing” — when data isn’t there, the bot should say so
- • You remain responsible for decisions; the bot provides analysis, tradeoffs, and recommended next actions
Security basics
- • Access is scoped by role and permissions (least privilege)
- • Workspace isolation (your org data stays separated)
- • We aim to collect only what we need to operate the service
Your choices
- • Request deletion of your waitlist record anytime
- • Opt out of non-essential updates (unsubscribe link)
